Learn about the process
We will review the process: Lender pre-approval, mutual agreements, contracts, CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for homes in the area, offers and time sensitive deadlines - preferably in person.

Once we have gone through the process, our search will begin in earnest. I will review MLS listings, Coming Soon Listings and plain old "driving around" and will share everything with you. You decide what you want to preview!

We will then schedule a meeting to preview your property and discuss what needs to be done to prepare for listing,
We will review a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and discuss a range for pricing.

We will discuss mutual agreements, timelines for repairs and home preparation, schedules for showings, final pricing and how to handle offers.

Let’s sell your home!
I will list your home in the MLS which all realtors use, websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook and private listing pages for Realtors.
Broker Open House and General Open Houses are also offered.
Of course, a Parks sign goes in the yard.
