Working with Pat was a true pleasure! She goes beyond just listing your house.
She drew from her knowledge of the area the things that would make our house stand out from all the others in the area. And it wasn’t just that it needed a coat of paint, or that it needed to be cleaned. She looked it over top to bottom to make sure it was ready long before the inspectors ever showed up and every suggestion she made, from a small floor repair, to the literal color of the paint, was spot on!
And I think what makes her insight so helpful, is that she looks at the property from the buyers’ perspective too, making it so ready that every potential buyer can see themselves in it without having to do anything to it but move in!
And on top of all of that, she is just a joy to work with! You can tell immediately that she really loves what she does. And she’s great at it!
